Open to AI engineering, full-stack & data roles

Ten years of building. Now at agent speed.

Siva Kumar M S. I started in school with Arduino boards and electrical tinkering, moved through software and data science, and now ship full-stack products with a fleet of AI coding agents, Claude Code every day for 7+ months.

Building in public

Still shipping. This week, too.

Pulled live from my public GitHub, so this page keeps up as I build. Private and client work isn't counted.

01 · AI toolchain

Not one tool. A toolchain.

I treat AI coding agents like a team: each has a job. Pick one to see how I use it.

02 · The journey

From a school desk to shipping with agents.

Drag through the years. Each milestone lights up the skills I picked up on the way.

2026

≈ marks approximate years. Dated entries match my GitHub and LinkedIn records.

03 · Selected work

Things that actually run.

Real products, a mix of AI-assisted builds, hackathon entries and data science projects. Filter by what you care about.

04 · How I build with AI

Fast is easy. Trustworthy is the skill.

Agents write code quickly; engineering is deciding what to build and proving it works. This is my loop.

01

Specify

Write down constraints and acceptance criteria first. Project instruction files and persistent memory keep every agent on the same page.

02

Delegate

Match task to tool: Claude Code for deep multi-file work, Codex for a second opinion, Cursor for tight edit loops, Lovable for fast UI drafts.

03

Verify

Nothing ships on vibes. Test suites, smoke tests that hit every route, compliance scripts that fail the build, and real-browser checks.

04

Ship & learn

Deploy to production, read the logs, feed lessons back into the instructions so the next run starts smarter.

05 · Full stack, literally

From the circuit to the cloud.

Few people have soldered the sensor and deployed the dashboard. Hover a layer.

06 · Leadership & community

I build teams, not just code.

IEEE Student Branch Chair

Led the CEAL branch for 16 months (Feb 2025 – May 2026), now serving as its Mentor. Earlier chaired the IEEE SPS chapter.

Junior Chief AI Officer

Alchemy IEDC: set AI direction for the campus innovation and entrepreneurship cell.

Technical Lead, FOSS Cell

Open-source community and tooling lead at College of Engineering Attingal.

Data Science Intern, Entri

Jul – Sep 2024 in Ernakulam, working with dbt on analytics engineering.

Teacher

Designed a Malayalam online-marketing class for village farm and food founders, because tools only matter if people can use them.

07 · Next step
